Tim Furnish, MD is Associate Clinical Professor of Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine at UC San Diego where is director of the Pain Management fellowship program and Inpatient Pain service. His practice includes high-risk perioperative pain, cancer-related pain, and chronic pain management. Dr. Furnish graduated from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. He completed both his anesthesia residency and pain fellowship at UC San Diego.
Dr. Furnish has written and lectured on post-operative pain management, intrathecal drug delivery, and the use of cannabinoids for the treatment of pain.
