Man-Cheung Lee, MD, PhD studied at the University College London (UCL) prior to joining the residency program at UCSF. At UCL, he was part of a team researching relationships between FAAH-gene variations and sensation. 

Their research has added strength to ongoing strategies to address pain and anxiety.
